‘’Glass
Ceiling = A Myth or Reality’’
For some executive women, the ride to the top has been smooth while
for some other is not that easy.
For almost two decades now the nation of glass ceiling has been
blamed for women’s failure to climb up
the corporate ladder. But does it really exist? By looking at
today’s corporate culture as compared to the
old days, is it still fair to use this notion of glass ceiling
effect for women’s failure as to the cause of why
even in today’s advanced community the notion of glass ceiling
effect still existed.
